Jahmai Inniss is a bilingual German–English professional with over 20 years of international experience in education, linguistics and cross-cultural collaboration both in Europe and the United States. Born in Kiel, Germany to a Trinidadian father and Irish mother, and raised in a multicultural and multi-lingual environment, he brings an intuitive understanding of how language, culture, and policy intersect to shape human connection and institutional dynamics.
With an academic background in linguistics, psychology, and musicology, Jahmai has worked across multiple sectors including education, cultural development, and international consultancy. His career includes roles in refuge integration, public funding, intercultural projects, and as a representative for Ireland at the United Nations in New York, where he supported the UN Internship Programme’s global coordination and outreach.
Jahmai is led by empathy, analytical precision, and ability to translate complex cultural contexts into clear, actionable strategies. His work consistently reflects a commitment to equity, dialogue and collaboration.
