Language is not only a system of rules and structures but a central component of identity. The ways we speak, write, and choose to express ourselves shape how we locate ourselves within cultural, social, and professional contexts. In my work, I treat language as a living practice — one that carries history, values, and belonging — and encourage learners to engage with language as a means of self-expression, agency, and connection across borders.
My approach to language education is grounded in linguistics, solid methodology, and the joy of learning, combining traditional and modern schools of thought. I believe education should be rooted in play, guiding learners toward a full understanding of the language they study — its structure, origins, cultural context, and its role as a vehicle for identity and self-expression.
I bring many years of experience in linguistics, curriculum and content writing and development, and digital communication, working across the private, non-profit, and corporate sectors. I support clients  in using language confidently across digital and non-digital platforms as an extension of authentic communication. With a strong background in Latin, I offer a unique perspective on the shared foundations of the Romance languages and their linguistic roots.
As someone who was diagnosed with dyslexia early on, I have both overcome this challenge and created specific strategies to reduce anxiety and stress around language, instead approaching it with joy and dignity. My focus is on accessibility — creating equal opportunities through use of language, regardless of socio-economic background or geographical location.
